  • All course materials, videos, lesson plans, and other content remain the property of The Beat Station.

  • Schools and teachers may not share, distribute, or resell any content outside of the purchasing institution.

  • Unauthorized use of our materials may result in termination of access and legal action.

  • The Beat Station is not liable for any unauthorized access due to negligence in safeguarding login details.

5. Cancellation & Termination

  • Schools may cancel their membership at the end of their term. Cancellation must be requested via email.

  • If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, refunds will not be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to maintain a seamless experience, we are not responsible for technical disruptions, website downtime, or any other system-related issues.
